Just one tool for all of the most common databases.  There are 3 versions of the server files: ASPX, ASP and PHP.  Use ASPX/ASP files where you have a Windows webserver and will connect to a database using ADO.NET or ODBC/OLEDB.  Use PHP where you have a Linux webserver using a MySQL database.
