We are dedicated to committing our resources to the enhancement
of our product line. Our mission is simply to create the most
powerful, robust, and reliable development tools of their kind
available anywhere.
Support is free and is provided via email (and phone when necessary) and
covers bug fixes and technical questions regarding our products. It does not, however,
cover new license key requests. We do charge a nominal fee to issue new license keys for such things as PC upgrades and license key moves to another machine (within reason,
of course). This is the only support cost for the products.
Bug fixes are our highest priority. If you find a bug in one of
our products, we will turn our attention to it immediately as to minimize your inconvenience. We have an excellent history of
very fast bug fix turnaround times.
